Derryfest – Booth Request
Welcome to the Derryfest Vendor Booth Application. Please complete the application entirely and as thoroughly as possible. If you have any questions at any time please email derryfest@derryartscouncil.org
Rules and Regulation To Follow Set Forth By The Derryfest Committee:
- There will be no refunds due to weather or circumstances beyond the control of DERRYFEST Committee.
- Rental fee is for space and electricity (if approved and purchased) only. Please be sure canopies and anchor lines fit within the dimensions. Booth Spaces are 10 X 12 on grass surface and may not be level. IMPORTANT: VENDORS MUST SUPPLY THEIR OWN 10′ X 10′ POP UP TENT CANOPY, TABLES, AND CHAIRS. Your pop-up tent must be 10′ X 10′ exactly, no smaller and no larger. The only exception is if you have rented two booths, your tent may by 10′ 20′ (or two 10′ X 10′ tents side by side).
- If we are unable to accept your application for any reason, your application fee will be refunded to you.
- Booth assignments and load in times will be sent by email.
- The Derryfest Committee and Town of Derry must approve any vendor wishing to sell food. Please do not assume that you will be allowed to sell food at your booth. (Food Vendor Form Upload)
- All food vendors are required by the Town of Derry to provide a copy of your certificate of liability insurance listing the “Town of Derry” as additionally insured for that day only. The Derry Parks & Recreation Dept. will be in contact with food vendors to arrange acquiring these certificates. All food item prepared offsite and brought to Derryfest (to be sold to the public) must have been prepared in a commercial kitchen which has been inspected and approved by the board of health. - No Silly string or confetti pops may be sold.
- Generators are not allowed.
- Extension Cords are not supplied. Only those who have paid for it may access it. Electricity is not guaranteed except for the Food Vendor area.
- YOU MAY NOT BREAK DOWN YOUR BOOTH BEFORE 4:00 PM FOR THE SAFETY AND INTEGRITY OF DERRYFEST.
- No smoking is allowed anywhere in MacGregor Park.
- Vehicles must be moved to Grinnell School by 9 am and may not remain on Boyd Rd. Look for helpers from the ROTC to assist you with unloading your vehicle and bringing your equipment/supplies to your space.
- It should take no longer than 5 to 10 minutes to unload your vehicle when arriving to set up your booth. Once unloaded, you must immediately move your vehicle.
- NO vehicles are allowed to drive onto the lawn at MacGregor park.
- Registration of your booth does not guarantee placement until payment in full is received.
- Booths are first come first serve. NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE IF YOU CANCEL.
- NO REFUNDS: Due to event cancelation or weather. Derryfest is the Greater Derry Arts Council’s Annual Fundraiser Kick Off Event. All payments made are considered a donation to the Greater Derry Arts Council. We thank you for your continued support.
